Is it fair or panic attacks?

I was about 22 when the doctor told me that my symptoms pointed Panic disorder. It started when I was about 18 years, in my last year of high school. Sometimes I difficulty going to sleep and I felt anxious and I felt that I could hear my heart and I breathe faster. He did not spend much but gradual he was himself since. I am now 24 and about 30 times a week, I have feelings of what I call 'being displaced. I really worried, I feel dizzy and I feel like I'm not really there. I focus too much on the breath and push myself anymore. It happens especially when I'm at a movie theater or watch a movie intense. When I look at the sky. When I'm sitting in class at college and calm. And now I'm just scared because to pass the stress of the attack I shake like a mini seizure or something, I do not know, but her fear, as I do with a quick shake my shoulders. Is it fair to panic attacks or should I be more worried?

I suffered the same problem since I was 17 and I am now 22. A20 years I saw a therapist and a physician. I tried Xanex first. It was basically a "spot treatment." He has worked for approximately 10 minutes. Paxil CR is the best for this disorder, in my opinion. He has no bad side effects and I have not had a panic attack in some two years.
